REGULATIONS AND SAFETY EXECUTIVE
Responsible for (a) updating, collating, electronic filing of documentation of work in-scope, (b) support Department Managers to conduct company staff engagement and Toolbox Meetings, (c ) communicate with key customers on safety engagements, support Department Managers, (d ) conduct and document occasional spot checks for compliance, (e) liaison with government officials on regulatory matters.

- ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 – update and improve RA and SWP and all other documents. Ensure filing of documents, and certificates in common folder location.
- MOM Workplace Health and Safety (WSH) regulations and management of hazardous substances.
- Collate record of ALL Safety incidents, including internal investigation.
- Support on all communications with government agencies.
- Join Emergency Response Team (ERT) and support the periodic exercises
- Quarterly staff engagements
- Monthly video sharing reminders
- Support Department managers on conduct of Toolbox meetings – when incidents arise.
- Support Department managers on safety engagements with customers
- Incorporate lessons learnt / shared by customers into safety documents and practices.
- Conduct 1 x a month spot checks each of company locations
- Align on improvements to be made, and follow up monthly.
- Document and non-compliance into a report & central record.
- Ensure all documentation is filed centrally – both hardcopy & pdf.
