REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Timeless Eternal Beauty Pte. Ltd. is a renowned provider of premium beauty care products. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Managerto drive our business development in the China market. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a passion for sales, leadership, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market presence in China.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market demand and deliver successful go-to-market strategies.
Set and manage sales targets, providing regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and development of team members.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Significant experience in sales, with a focus on beauty care products.
Proven track record of success in the China market, with the ability to navigate local business practices and cultural nuances.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and motivating teams.
Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
