Quantity Surveyor cum Project Executive
Job responsibilities
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Issue quotations, prepare Bill of Quantities based on customers’ requirements
- Prepare space planning solutions, design presentations and sample/mood boards proposal based on customer requirements and other necessary project deliverables (layouts, shop drawings).
- Support and assist Business Managers in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP and presentation materials.
- Promote products in the space, greet and assist customers and manage phone, email and walk-in enquiries on all products
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries by phone, fax, email and walk-in customers.
- Assist in resolving incoming customers’ issues relating to orders.
- Coordinate projects with internal operation and production teams, suppliers and relevant third parties.
- Diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in project/design/sales coordinating.
- Experience in Quantity and Material estimate for Commercial Interior Design or other industries is a bonus
- Able to handle tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
