QA EXECUTIVE
Title: QA Executive
Reports to: QA MANAGER
Collaborates with: Production cum QA Admin
Position Summary:
The incumbent ensures product quality and regulatory compliance by supporting the CEO & QA Manager with QMS log systems, quality documentation, and various audits. They collaborate with Production and QA Admin to maintain quality standards throughout manufacturing.

Position Summary:
The incumbent ensures product quality and regulatory compliance by supporting the CEO & QA Manager with QMS log systems, quality documentation, and various audits. They collaborate with Production and QA Admin to maintain quality standards throughout manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Production processes to ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and evolving requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Identify deviations, perform root cause analysis, implement CAPA, and monitor effectiveness for timely resolution
- Coordinate with the Warehouse for material/ingredient testing and assist with batch recording and release
- Coordinate with Production for product testing and assist with batch recording and release
- Coordinate with Production for retention sample testing and timely inspection recording
- Assist with internal and external audits and support continuous improvement efforts
- Cross-check production manufacturing records and equipment records
- Assist in qualifying/requalifying suppliers and service vendors
- Update employee training records and training plans Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior
Basic Requirements:
- Ability to endure high pressure while producing high-quality results
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to find solutions independently rather than complaining or requiring excessive step-by-step instruction and guidance
- Good documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to assess the impact of minor incidents on the overall quality system
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to handle urgent requests and activities. Diploma in life sciences, quality management, or a related field, or with 3+ years of practical experience in QA in a regulated manufacturing environment
