Highlights
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shuttle available from Kranji, CCK and Gul Circle MRT

- Fresh graduates and candidates without experience welcomed
- OJT provided
- Perform administrative tasks such as routine data entry assignments, logistics support, etc.
- Assist project coordinators and engineers in the implementation and facilitation of projects
- Track and oversee assigned aspects of projects, including monitoring project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring milestones are met
- Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required
- Ensure upkeep of inventory records, project documentations and service delivery reports
- Work effectively with team members towards continued development of the projects
- Additional ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required
- Possess at least "N", "O" levels qualification (Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Service/ Telecommunication will be an advantage)
- OR at least 1-2 years of full-time working experience
- Knowledge in Auto CAD/QGIS will be an added advantage
- Computer literate and tech-savvy
- Good command of English in both spoken and written forms
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
