Project Manager - Plumbing Company
- Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for plumbing and sanitary installations.
- Team Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the work of plumbers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed according to specifications.
- Client Management: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide progress updates, and resolve any issues.
- Quality Control: Ensure all plumbing and sanitary work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project quality standards.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and manage resources to stay within budget.
- Problem-Solving: Address technical issues on-site and implement solutions to avoid delays.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to company and regulatory safety standards
