CONTRACT
Project Manager
Salt is looking to hire a Project Manager for 6 months & renewable contract assignment for a Global asset management firm in Singapore. This Project Manager will be reporting to Head of Enterprise Solutions in APAC and is responsible for the oversight of driving successful delivery of multiple infrastructure technology projects.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring projects are being managed and delivered excellently; driving delivery in a quality way by interfacing with stakeholders, monitoring and managing project health, and managing communications and escalation.
- Overseeing and ensuring quality delivery of assigned projects within the allocated scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensuring project resources are appropriately allocated and consistently adjusting if resource loading becomes an issue.
- Evaluating the benefits of a project and ensuring that the project goals are aligned with the business strategy.
- Managing all significant issues and risks and escalating as necessary; early identification of potential issues and proactive management that mitigates “small” problems before they escalate.
- Experience working with technical teams, architecture, and 3rd party suppliers/providers.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, a pragmatic approach, and confidence to deliver projects in an environment undergoing significant transformation.
- 6 to 8+ years of responsibility for project delivery.
- 10+ years of total related experience in project / portfolio management.
- Has experience using multiple infrastructure development life cycles.
- Has knowledge and experience using PM methodologies
- Has a solid understanding of intersection between technology Infrastructure, Technology Services, and project/delivery management.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure in general, with previous operational experience
- Certification(s) / Memberships in Project Management Methodologies, e.g., PMP, PMI, PRINCE2,
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field
