Project Executive, MINDEF Digital Services
OVERVIEW
Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to become an integral part of MINDEF Digital Services Programme Centre, supporting our project teams through various administrative tasks. In this multifaceted role, you'll have the opportunity to:

Collaborate Across Project Phases: Assist project teams from planning to delivery, playing a key role in documentation, minute-taking, task tracking, and more. Immerse yourself in the IT project delivery cycle and gain invaluable hands-on experience. - Drive Procurement Excellence: Work alongside the project teams in sourcing and procurement efforts. Contribute to drafting sourcing strategies, managing tender releases, participating in tender evaluations, overseeing contract management and processing timely payment, all while ensuring compliance with our policies and guidelines.
- Engage with Suppliers: Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and essential information to our internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Manage Security Protocols: Take charge of security management, including processing security clearances and overseeing project/site clearances, ensuring that all operations meet our rigorous standards.
- Administration of Programme Center Matters: From gathering insights and performing quick data analysis, to assisting in decision making and improving tasks management within the programme center.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- GCE ‘O’ level / Diploma in any discipline.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and able to approach tasks in a structured manner.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in business, finance, IT and government procurement will be an advantage.
