COMPANY DESCRIPTION
THKMC was incorporated on 13 October 2011 as a charity to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large, and achieved an Institute of Public Character (IPC) status on 18 November 2011. THKMC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission To Serve Mankind to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture. THKMC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors' Community, and Therapy.
Regularly check IRMS referral system and assist to manage all new referrals admission.
Assist in planning, preparing, finalizing, and distributing the staff daily schedule.
Assist with handling feedback system and provide timely updates to Programme Manager.
Assist to update the clients and SCA data base timely and efficiently.
Assist to check and verify the correctness of staff work schedule to facilitate accuracy in fee collection.
Support management policies and practices; coordinate and liaise with clients for the explanation of policies, conduct of surveys, visits staff training etc.
Assist to manage and maintain clients P-files.
Prepare Daily Payment Collection forms of SCAs for Finance submission.
Assist in managing the training schedule of existing staff.
Assist to Manage staff medical equipment movement record.
Coordinate Home Visits schedule for Programme Manager and Nurse Manager when necessary.
Assist in issuance of invoice to respective referral source for programme co-payment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Recognized Diploma/Degree in any discipline
WSQ Diploma/ Advanced Diploma in Social Services
Preferably with 1-3 years of relevant working experience
