1. Morning Shift 早班 : Mon-Fri: 7 am - 3 pm, Sat: 7 am - 1 pm
2. Afternoon Shift 午班 : Mon-Fri: 3 pm - 11 pm, Sat: 1 pm - 7 pm
3. Night Shift 夜班 : Mon-Fri: 11 pm - 7 am

Position 1: Operator 操作员

What You'll Do:

Operate advanced machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes.操作先进的机械和设备，以确保高效的生产流程。
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe work environment.遵守安全协议和标准操作程序，维护安全的工作环境。
Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of production machines.协助生产机器的设置、校准和维护。
Monitor production output, troubleshoot minor issues, and report any defects or abnormalities.监控生产输出，解决小问题，并报告任何缺陷或异常情况。

Position 2: Quality Control (QC) 质量控制

What You'll Do:

Perform inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.对原材料、在制组件和成品进行检查和质量控制。
Document and report any non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis.记录并报告任何不合格项，协助根本原因分析。
Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.与生产团队合作实施纠正措施。
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality policies.确保符合行业标准和内部质量政策。

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary:
Start with a basic pay of $1300, and with allowances, you could earn up to $1600 or more! 起薪为基本工资 $1300，加上津贴后可达 $1600 或更多！

Bonuses & Allowances:
Attendance Allowance: $100 出勤津贴 $100
