MARINE SERVICE ENGINEER (VDR APT Survey - A MUST)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $6,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Have extensive knowledge of marine electronics systems from well-known manufacturers such as JRC, Sailor, Furuno, Danelec, SAAB, Yokogawa, and Tokyo Keiki. Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the marine services industry.
- Perform Radio and VDR APT Surveys as needed, once assigned and authorized. A valid GOC (GMDSS Operator Certificate) is required.
- Carry out repair and installation tasks as assigned, with remote assistance available if required.
- Generate and submit detailed reports for services, installations, or surveys to clients or manufacturers upon completion. Reports will be reviewed by management if necessary.
- Prepare for tasks by obtaining relevant manuals, software, technical information, and gathering necessary parts to ensure successful job completion.
- Accurately record time and expenses for each job, ensuring all details are correct and transparent.
- Follow company safety protocols and adhere to MPA regulations.
- Stay engaged in professional growth by participating in relevant training courses or working alongside senior engineers, as deemed appropriate by the company.
- Minimum diploma in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Must have minimum of 7 years experience in VDR APT Survey
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and to collaborate with others
