You will be part of the HR team to review, formulate and implement HR policies, initiatives and processes to support EMA's mission and goals in the area of Talent Attraction. This includes developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies, reviewing and establishing effective attraction channels. Green harvesting activities includes curating the engagement at career, internship and scholarship fairs/talks to enhance EMA's visibility as an employer of choice.
This role requires you to build strong relationships with the hiring managers to understand their manpower requirements and implement effective strategies to meet these needs. You will leverage both traditional and innovative methods to connect with a diverse pool of candidates and adjust recruitment strategies to align with evolving workforce dynamics and competencies requirements, as well as develop effective recruitment metrics to analyse and assess the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies. Overall, you will manage the entire spectrum of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stages, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout their application journey with EMA.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
- Strong organisational skills, and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
- Able to conceptualise and articulate policies, as well as work well both strategically and operationally
- Strong personal initiative and resourcefulness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well with people at all levels
