Lead/Senior UX Designer
We are looking for a skilled UX Designer with experience in public sector projects to create intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in user-centered design, visual design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual design language.
- Design pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Define interactions and animations for enhanced user experience.
- Ensure intuitive navigation and user journeys.
- Work closely with product managers and developers.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles.
- Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback.
- Prepare design specifications, style guides, and assets.
- Maintain organized design files.
- 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio, preferably in public sector projects
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
