Job Description:
Landscape designer is responsible for designing outdoor spaces that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. Individual to work on a variety of projects, including parks, gardens, residential areas, commercial developments, and public spaces. Duties include:

Project Planning and Design: Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and vision, and developing design concepts that align with project goals.
Site Analysis: Conducting site assessments to evaluate existing conditions, including topography, soil, vegetation, and climate.
Sustainable Practices: Incorporating sustainable design principles to minimize environmental impact and promote biodiversity.
Technical Drawings: Creating detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Collaboration: Working with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate landscape designs with overall project plans.
Project Management: Overseeing the implementation of landscape projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring designs comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards.
Client Communication: Maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
