Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Job Description:
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices timely and accurately;
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations timely and accurately;
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are correctly recorded;
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, contracts and revenue reports;
- Assist with processing of payments as assigned;
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and available immediately when needed;
- Prepare and submit daily key financial reports;
- Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, annual auditing, tax and other financial needs as necessary;
- Assist with financial accounting and preparation of financial schedules (General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets) to close the monthly accounts in a timely manner;
- Be able to handle full set of accounts is preferred;
- Assist with other accounting projects as assigned
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
