- To provide insurance quotations and process motor insurance applications, renewals, extension, cancellation and issuance of insurance documents for all general insurance products including requirements under GIAS.
- To handle counter, email and telephone enquiries for general insurances
- To monitor and follow up on all aspects of customer support in spoken/ written form.
- To carry out telemarketing calls and marketing campaigns when required.
- To cross-sell all classes of general insurance in spoken and written form.
- To assist the Operations Executive in daily operations and any ad-hoc projects/ assignments.
- Minimum 1 years' work experience in a similar capacity would be preferred.
- Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or BCP, PGI & Com GI will be advantageous.
- Experienced and matured workers in the insurance industry are welcomed.
- Entry level with relevant qualifications are welcomed.
