- Service Flow Ninja: When things get busy, you’ll jump in to assist management with service flow, ensuring smooth transitions between seatings like a well-choreographed dance.
- Jack-of-All-Trades: When needed, help out your front-of-house and bar teammates whether it’s polishing cutlery, wiping down tables, or setting up the bar, you’re there to make it happen.
- Minimum 1 year of hosting or similar restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
- Prior Seven Rooms knowledge advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere
