E-Commerce Associate
As an E-Commerce Associate, you will be responsible for tasks related to online sales and customer service.

- Managing Online Listings: Creating, updating, and optimizing product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Customer Service : Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns and exchanges
- Order Processing : Ensuring that orders are processed accurately and shipped in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management : Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and managing inventory records.
- Sales Analytics : Analysing sales data to identify trends, track performance, and develop strategies for growth.
- Marketing Support : Assisting with online marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media efforts.
- Website Maintenance : Helping to ensure the website is functional, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing/business information technology or any related field
- Min. 2 years experience in an e-commerce role
- Experience in Shopify is a must
- Basic coding skills in HTML, and CSS3 is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- A flair for words and good copywriting skills with a keen eye for good style and design
- Able to start work immediately will be added advantage
- You are passionate about fashion and keep up with all the latest fashion trends
- You are passionate about and personally up to date on the emerging e-commerce trends
- You are a self-starter, proactive, and extremely hands-on. You are willing and able to manage both the conceptualization and execution from start to finish
- You want to be part of a team that offers career advancements to individuals who perform to succeed
- Ability to work independently and on multiple projects concurrently
