Job Purpose/Job Summary (General Objectives of Job)
Lead the Service Planning team to achieve better outcomes for persons who use social
services, so that these service users are empowered to live with dignity. This includes:
1. Developing the service delivery strategies for the sector;
2. Taking care of the Service Planning team; and
3. Supporting Services Group and NCSS.
[What you will be working on]
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Lead the Service Planning team to
Partner stakeholders to align and deconflict sector and sub-sector plans;
Enable collaboration in the sector;
Ensure good service standards and quality across the sector;
Collect and analyse data to identify service gaps and opportunities; and
Anticipate and address trends that impact the sector in the future.
Take care of the Service Planning team by
a. Creating a culture where colleagues work, learn and play together; and
b. Grooming junior and future leaders.
Support the Group and NCSS through corporate and secretariat functions.
