CONTRACT

Responsibilities:

Creates detailed designs for HVAC systems, including calculating heating and cooling loads, selecting appropriate equipment, and specify in system components.
Leads and manage engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
Works closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers and operation team, to ensure integrated and sustainable solutions.
Ensures all designs and systems comply with contracts specification, industry rules and regulations, and safety protocols
Prepares technical documentation, including Equipment Technical Specification, Duct & Instrument Diagram, Functional Design Specification, and Site Acceptance Test
Stay updated with the latest advancements in marine and renewable energy technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Specialized courses in fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer are highly beneficial.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the marine, offshore or renewable energy sectors.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, Auto CAD), Magi CAD, Carrier HAP (Hourly Analysis Program), Trane TRACE 700 and knowledge of Building Management Systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with data analysis and interpretation.
Ability to convey complex technical information clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
