Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor at all times, reflecting the client's values and preferences.
Job Descriptions
- Provide personal chauffeur services to safely and efficiently transport the CEO and clients to various destinations such as appointments, meetings, social events, and personal engagements. Coordinate closely with the client's personal assistant or scheduler to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Ensure passengers' comfort and safety as top priority.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality on President and clients' schedules; not to divulge any hearsay or passengers' communication during the course of duties.
- Upkeep the cleanliness, hygiene and excellent maintenance of the car at all times. Maintain checking habit before providing any service.
- Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure good looking condition such as refuelling, tire pressure checks, and vehicle cleaning.
- Assist to run errands and/or any ad-hoc duties as assigned. Keep track of mileage and maintain accurate records of trips and expenses.
- Plan and organise travel routes, considering traffic conditions and alternate options to optimise travel time.
- Assist with carrying luggage, packages, and personal belongings as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing any concerns or requests from the client and their family.
- Possess valid Class 3 driver's license.
- Strong command of Mandarin , both written and spoken.
- Clean driving record with safe driving habits, preferably with 3-5 years of personal chauffeur/driver experience in Singapore.
- Demonstrate professionalism, clear communication skills and good customer service skills. Responsible, punctual, proactive and reliable.
- Clean criminal record, with no history of convictions or pending charges.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
- Check mobile phone messages on Vehicle booking alerts, the Authority’s vehicles booking system and emails for details of the assignments. Respond to the phone messages and calls from the Authority’s staff relating to the assignments. Communicate promptly to the staff who booked the Vehicles, the intended passenger(s), and/ or the Authority’s point of contact regarding the assignments whenever necessary.
- First aid and defensive driving certifications are advantageous.
