About the Role: Reporting directly to the APAC Marketing Director, the Marketing ROI & Performance Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing investments and driving business performance across the APAC region. This position involves collaborating closely with key stakeholders, maintaining continuous communication with HQ in Milan, and contributing to a dynamic team culture committed to exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Analyse and monitor the impact of marketing activities across countries, deploying an analytical framework for budget and mix optimization among markets and channels.
- Support the APAC regional and country marketing teams in the development and delivery of marketing initiatives, with a focus on improving Marketing ROI and driving activities to enhance business performance.
- Lead or support the launch and implementation in APAC of all projects related to marketing performance, designed at global or regional level.
- Provide in-depth insights into all aspects of Amplifon's operating model, identifying key business drivers and generating actionable insights for data-informed tactical and strategic decisions
- Develop and create necessary reports and dashboards using data analysis tools, providing regular reviews of business performance and marketing spending based on analysis of company KPIs, financial figures, and external factors.
- Communicate key insights and analyses through data visualization and presentations to stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making processes.
- Support and guide countries during forecasting activities, design, build, maintain, and improve BI reports for different stakeholders, and deploy advanced analytical solutions to enhance understanding of key business dynamics and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Champion a data-driven approach within countries and different organizational functions, promoting the importance of data-driven decision-making.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or another quantitative field.
- Knowledge and understanding of media/advertisement/digital activities and KPIs.
- Expertise in managing complex structures of data analysis aligned with business impacts. With 5-7 years of previous relevant experience working with large datasets and building models and dashboards with performance maximization objectives.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel; proficiency in SQL (R or Python) will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) techniques will be considered a plus.
- Business and results-oriented with a commitment to targets.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into key simple insights.
- Teamwork attitude with the ability to work and achieve results through others; stakeholder management (local & global).
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience working in a global or international organization.
- Previous experience in retail/FMCG is a plus.
