- Arrange booking with carriers/co-loaders and execute all shipping documents (awb)
- Co-ordinate daily operations and transactions on freight executions.
- Perform job creation and costing and other data entries in freight system.
- Assist in freight procurement with agents and carriers.
- Co-ordinate and send timely pre-alerts and other notifications to customer and network office.
- Perform tasks and handle full set of documents and follow up on Air shipments.
- Permit declaration, monitor bookings and execute billing.
- Correspond and follow up on emails.
- Co-ordinate and communicate shipment information with stakeholders and customs.
- Identify issues and provide resolution; escalate to Department manager when required.
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
- Experience in Air import / export shipments, background in air freight operations
- Positive attitude and must be a good team player in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
