Job Description :
Join as an Accounts/Admin Officer (Accounts Payable) . In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, processing payments, and performing monthly account reconciliations. If you are detail-oriented and have experience in accounting or business administration, this role offers the opportunity to grow within a reputable company while honing your skills in accounts payable.Roles & Responsibilities :
- Circulate supplier invoices to relevant departments for verification and approval.
- Prepare and process supplier payments in a timely manner.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of creditor’s statements of accounts.
- Assist with journal preparation for monthly account closing.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
