Responsibilities
As an Accounts Executive, he/she will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Manager with the daily financial and human resources operations. He/she will report to the Finance Manager.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Accounts Receivables (“AR”) function, including processing daily receipts, bank postings and other key functions;
• Supporting Accounts Payable (“AP”) function, including performing three-way matching, arranging payment and other key functions;
• Supporting Fixed Asset Management (“FAM”) function, including maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and perform tagging on newly acquired assets;
• Prepare and support the filing of quarterly GST reports;
• Supporting Human Resources (“HR”) matters, including monthly payroll processing, various forms and other administrative tasks.
Other adhoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of five GCE ‘O’ Levels passes or with 1 year of working experience;
• Responsible, respectful, and eager to learn;
• Highly meticulous, reliable, and able to meet job objectives and deadlines independently;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; and
Polite demeanor and cooperative attitude.
