Accounting Executive
Job Description
The Accounts Executive will manage financial transactions, prepare management reports & GST reports for the clients and ensure compliace with accounting standards.
Reqirements:
The Accounts Executive will manage financial transactions, prepare management reports & GST reports for the clients and ensure compliace with accounting standards.
Reqirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working Experience .
- No Working Experience also welcome.
- Proficieny in Accounting Software :- MYOB, Autocount, Xero and Mircrosoft Excel is essential.
- Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail,.
- Good Verbal and Written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Capability to identify issues and propse solutions effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Prepare monthly,quarterly and annual management /financial statements and reports.
- Record and Reconcile financail transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in budet preparation and financial forcasting
- Assots in internal and external aduits by providing necessary documents and reports.
- Liase with clients on their accounts
