JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform day to day financial transactions on AP, AR, Bank and etc.
- Prepare P/L and B/S Schedule.
- Prepare month end stock report and Journal Entries.
- Assist & support in month end closing.
- Monthly reconciliation - Bank statement, Interco transactions, etc
- Issue invoice to customer in Philippines.
- Prepare & analyse Aging of AP & AR.
- Assist & support to Audit inquiry- Internal & External.
- Provide Admin support.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by FM.
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Possess self-motivated, hardworking, meticulous, positive attitude & able to meet deadline.
- 5 days week ( 9.00am to 6.00pm).
- Able to start with a short notice/immediate.
- Salary range S$2,800-S$3,700
