Sales Manager - Electrical Panels
Job Title: Sales Manager
Department: Sales
Reports to: Director Sales
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Are you a driven sales professional with expertise in electrical panels looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking a Sales Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience to lead our sales initiatives and support sales operations in the Eastern Province, with travel to other locations to maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Pay: From ﷼4,000.00 per month

Are you a driven sales professional with expertise in electrical panels looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking a Sales Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience to lead our sales initiatives and support sales operations in the Eastern Province, with travel to other locations to maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Study our products and analyse the customer needs to provide customized solutions that serve in the best interest of both, customer and company.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proactively generate Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and manage the quotation process effectively.
- Provide support to sales operations by offering and overviewing technical specifications, pricing, and other necessary requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor and manage receivables, actively following up to expedite receivable to cash conversion.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on sales activities. Write the word ‘Sprightly’ to confirm you have read the complete job description.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Proven experience in sales management within the electrical panels industry.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical components, systems, and industry standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Eastern Province and potentially beyond as required.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving growth and exceeding sales targets.
