The Workforce Management Scheduler role typically involves managing and optimizing the scheduling of resources (agents and staff) to ensure the efficient operation of customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimizing Employee Schedules: Develop schedules that balance workload demands while minimizing work hours and adhering to resource availability, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements;
Forecasting and Scheduling: Create and maintain work schedules for customer service agents based on forecasted call volumes, emails and chat interactions;
Shift and Time-off Planning: Collaborate with team leaders and managers to plan agent shifts, breaks and manage time-off requests;
Performance Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on schedule adherence, shrinkage, absenteeism and productivity to assess workforce efficiency;
Real-Time Adjustments: Make necessary real-time adjustments to schedules in response to unexpected absences, high call volumes, or technical issues;
Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation to ensure alignment with business objectives while maintaining SLAs and KPIs.
The ideal candidate should have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
Advanced English language skills (B2 proficiency or above);
Bachelor’s degree;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment;
A positive, solution-oriented attitude;
A collaborative, team-focused approach.
Note: The working schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, during regular business hours (09:00-18:00). The selection process starts with a specific pre-hire test, before any interviews.
