Job Description
Perform risk assessments and quality and/or process diagnostics at supplier sites
Evaluate the robustness and adequacy of the action plans proposed by suppliers
Monitor the quality results of the processes in charge, alert and propose solutions in case of deviation
Conduct OSA, FW, 8D audits, and technical visits to suppliers as part of supplier improvement
Address quality issues assigned based on expertise
Prepare the report after the audit at the supplier
Follow up on the action plan after the audit until confirmation by results.
Work as a team with SSD and report progress to the Supplier Quality Project Manager & Project Manager
Participate in meetings on various topics within the scope
Use specific supplier management tools and software.
Qualifications
Basic quality knowledge applied in automotive industry
Experience in supplier quality audits 1-2 years
Technical knowledge of vehicles components and functionality
Familiarity with process documentation (Surveillance Plan / Manufacturing and Control Flowchart / Layout Plan / Process FMEA / Manufacturing Ranges / Process Capability)
Knowledge of control methods and Control & Manufacturing Means
Knowledge of ISO standards (reading 2D plans)
Knowledge of statistical tools
Ability to interpret specifications and various standards
Advanced knowledge of Office tools
A good conversational level of French and/or English (spoken and written).
Understanding of teamwork principles.
