Apply to find out more. About you: As a Senior QA Engineer, you are a seasoned professional with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. You have a passion for delivering high-quality software products, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think critically and analytically. You are comfortable taking ownership of testing strategies, mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable software solutions. Day-to-day, you will: Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans and test scripts. Drive the automation strategy, developing and maintaining automated test suites using industry-standard tools. Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes. Conduct performance, security, and load testing to ensure software stability and scalability. Mentor and guide other QA engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Participate in code reviews, offering insights on potential risks and quality improvements. Your skills and experiences might also include: Proven experience in QA engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role. Strong expertise in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar. Proficiency in programming languages like C# or Java Script. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev Ops. Solid understanding of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling. Familiarity with security testing methodologies and tools (e.g. OWASP ZAP). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
