Job Description
Your valuable contribution to something big:

Ensuring the availability of the SAP system, access, operation, and reporting
Ensuring the availability of training documents and process descriptions for processes related to SAP
Resolving user requests (act within 24 hours, resolve within 48 hours, or escalate)
Ensuring the functionality of the SAP system in the assigned module
Coordinating SAP version changes or operational processes (defining test cases, testing, communicating changes, training)
Participation in internal ME exchanges and SAP S/4 development
Interface with PST and BD functions
Support for commercial/technical departments regarding the functionality of SAP R/3, S/4 systems
Defining and implementing authorization concepts in SAP
Management of SAP access standards
Support in process audits
Functional coordination with key users in the allocated departments. Escalation level in relation to CI/BD
Collaboration with software development teams
Comply with all responsibilities from the Clj P procedures
Inform the supervisor of any disruptions to activities
Fulfill other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor

Qualifications

University degree
Fluent level of English language
Solid knowledge of logistics
Excellent knowledge of SAP (MM, SD, PP, LE, APO)
MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Knowledge of German, French or Hungarian might be an advantage
