EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Drive business process consulting by translating customer business processes into IT solutions, including quality assurance - Plan and personalise the customer journey while maintaining global scalability and consistency
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
- Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
- Support pre-sales activities
- Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies
- Support escalated projects
- Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changes
WORK EXPERIENCE
-
At least 3 years of work experience in consulting company or within the IT department of an SAP Customer, delivering implementation services for various customers - Very good knowledge of financial business or controlling processes
- Strong knowledge and experience with SAP FI S/4Hana configuration; SAP CO would be an added advantage
- Experience or knowledge in the integration with the other modules
- Experience in working in virtual teams and international environment
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-
University degree – Economics, Informatics, Computer Science, Polytechnics - High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen
- Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing, mentoring, decision making and meeting facilitation skills
- Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services
FOREIGN LANGUAGES

Fluent Romanian - English at business level
- Conversational/advanced German or any other European language is an added advantage
