We are looking for a Project Manager for our Focus Factory LTS department in Satu Mare.

Tasks:

Manage major LTS projects (planning, organizing and controlling), or several smaller LTS projects in cooperation with project team, and after approval by supervisor;
Develop and coordinate subprojects; cost planning, monitor compliance and take countermeasures in case of deviations;
Ensure that technical production concepts are developed and implemented;
Create change requests for internal and external customers, analyze and evaluate cost effects in cooperation with LTS project Team and supervisors;
Select and implement project management methods and adapt project management standards to inhouse needs;
Support the Life Time Supply project team in very complex topics regarding project steering and reporting; derive measures as necessary ;
Cooperate to prepare and transfer a project from series to LTS production and provide support as contact person for production specific issues.

Profile:

Bachelor Degree in a Technical field;
Project Management experience;
Excellent communication skills in English;
German language is an advantage;
Knowledge of Lean methods (Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement process) is an advantage;
Good organization and problem-solving skills;
Ability to take initiative, make decisions and adapt to frequent changes;
Very good communication skills, team–player and self-motivated;
You have a strong willingness to learn, grow and to further develop yourself.
