Job location: Targu Mures (Multinvest Business Center 2 – near Kaufland, C&A, KFC, etc.)
Type of contract: full-time


As a project manager you will:

• lead formed teams of developers with the goal to deliver the best software projects for our clients.
• extend projects from design and development to production, following solid project management principles
• create and execute project work plans, and also communicate efficiently with the clients to identify the needs and evaluate alternative solutions, project status, etc.
• maintain a balance between maintenance projects and new software projects;
• actively participate in establishing business requirements, analysis, design and development of complex software projects (especially web-based) along with the team
• fully focus your attention on work planning, decision analysis and risk analysis, time and budget management, making sure that your team satisfies even the most demanding clients.
