Your Responsibilities
Participate in the planning, design and execution of projects for complex network systems.
Detection and analysis of problems and initiation of solution measures
Problem recording and documentation
Initiation of escalation procedures in case of critical problems
Technical contact person for complex problems and incidents
Representation of the Network Administration division in comprehensive solution teams
Evaluation and assessment of new technologies
Administration of the deployed network and security systems
Consulting in customer-specific architecture topics
Integration of new customers into existing operating processes
Processing / execution of complex changes
Installation and maintenance of network tools
Design and implementation of supporting tools
Participation in the development and planning of service concepts
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
Minimum Cisco CCNA certification ? Cisco CCNP is desirable
Excellent knowledge of different network topologies (Ethernet, WLAN, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of the network protocols TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP and MPLS
Very Good knowledge of the services Multicast, DHCP, DNS, NAT, Tacas and Radius
Good knowledge of Cisco FW systems such as ASA and Firepower (CCNP Security is great advantage)
Good experience in working in project teams
Good experience working in cross-team workgroups and task forces
Good customer-oriented thinking and acting
High analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Good command of English
