a EUR- Constantly analyzes the production processes and has a positive approach regarding the development and implementation of production and quality improvements.

a EUR- Use analysis tools and techniques to identify the root cause and improve processes.

a EUR- Ensures compliance with production requirements in accordance with the customer's quality standards, guides and leads the development and maintenance of the necessary standard operating procedures and work instructions to enable a constant process of quality parts.

a EUR- Manages compliance with established requirements, highlighted in standards such as TS, ISO, etc.

a EUR- He is responsible for the processes of selection, employment, training, performance evaluation and the achievement of performance indicators for the team he leads, as well as for the team development.

a EUR- Provides personal advice, resolves complaints and communicates information regarding policies, procedures and operational changes to subordinate teams.

a EUR- Identifies the training needs for the team he coordinates and ensures that they are met.

a EUR- Operates in a timely manner in SAP the transactions related to rejections/ scrap and quarantine.

a EUR- Collaborates with the Supply Chain team in order to optimally plan production according to available resources.
