Could you be the full-time Maintenance Technical Support Engineer in Bucharest we’re looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and projects expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Emanuel, in Bucharest and work alongside his professional and dedicated teammates. You'll define, prepare, optimize, and continuously improve maintenance technologies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (business development, bids, project management, engineering, industrial, quality, different support functions), offer support to our local project team, maintain the link with our central teams and much more. You’ll specifically take care to offer the necessary engineering support for the team in Varna depot and apply the engineering strategy at the depot level.
We’ll look to you for:
Assure the engineering resources and skills needed to support the ARF 37 project in Bucharest
Collaborating with Services Engineering and Platforms teams to improve the Services portfolio of products and services
Optimizing the scope and related tasks of the maintenance plan
Leading cost reduction actions, with sourcing and industrial
Detecting, defining and implementing modifications of the maintained products to improve the reliability and serviceability
Proposing innovative solutions and develops and implements R&D programs and new technologies in the maintenance projects
Analyzing the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them
Promoting the use of latest maintenance technics and R&D developments
Analyzing failure criticality studies and uses RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and other available methodologies to define and optimize the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals.
Integrating data coming from Operations (Return on Experience)

University degree in Railway Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering or Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
Experience minimum 3 years in the technological field - rolling stock specialization.
Good knowledge of PC use: Word, Excel.
English language, at least intermediate level.
Problem solving capacity (technical and costs evaluation of a solution)
Capacity of managing technical risks
High Interpersonal skills, self-motivated, attention to detail, strong team player
