Working as part of a Technical Solution Consultant in the Global Solutions Consulting Engineering team, you will provide support to the pre-sales process through delivery of solution demonstration systems and providing subject matter expertise in pre-sales activities. Maintain and enhance the demonstration environments to maximize the effectiveness of use case scenarios.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Technical Configuration: Oversee the technical setup of Opics demo environments (e.g. fresh installation / upgrades / daily maintenance / workarounds / build integrations with 3rd parties / management of systems vulnerabilities, etc.) for Global Solutions Consulting (GSC) team and Finastra partners.
Client Workshops/Demos: Assist the Global Solutions Consulting (GSC) team with specific configuration needs during the preparation for client workshops and demos.
Assistance: Provide support to the Global Solutions Consulting (GSC) team in designated application areas.
Proof of Concept: Contribute to the testing, design, and execution of Proof of Concept for Opics standalone and integrated solutions.
Engagement Leadership: Lead small engagements and act as a specialist in specific product or business areas.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Global Solutions Consulting (GSC) team, Product Management, Development, QA, and other departments.
Process Improvement: Recommend and document new processes to enhance day-to-day operations.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the software services industry or software development.
Server Administration: Proficient in administering server operating systems (e.g. Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linus (RHEL), Unix, etc.).
Cloud Platforms: Experienced with Cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, covering Iaa S, Paa S, and Saa S.
Solution Architecture: Strong background in solution architecture for enterprise software applications.
Opics Experience: Prior experience with Opics is a plus.
