Important responsibilities in this role will include:
Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned research projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage external vendors.
Execute research methodologies, including survey questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis techniques (quantitative & qualitative).
Oversee data collection, cleaning, and analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Translate research findings into insights and compelling presentations for stakeholders.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Market Intelligence & Competitive Intelligence teams, Data Analytics teams, Design teams, etc.)
Skills we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing Research, Statistics, Social Sciences) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in market research.
Proven experience in executing both quantitative and qualitative research projects.
Strong understanding of research methodologies.
Hands-on experience with surveys software solutions (such as: Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Question Pro, etc.) represents an advantage.
Good MS Excel and PPT capabilities.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
