a EUR- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in economics, accounting, auditing, law, finance, business administration or other related fields
Ideally, minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in the Romanian Tax practice (consulting or industry experience)
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and fluency in English
High level of motivation and drive to start a career in professional services

Your future role:
As a Junior Tax Consultant, you can be involved in various consulting and compliance projects, covering all tax areas such as VAT, Transfer Pricing, and Direct Taxes a EUR" applicable for both entities and individuals. Your activities will include:
Preparing tax returns and corresponding computations under the supervision of senior colleagues
Assisting in tax audits by supporting senior roles (e.g., managing correspondence with tax authorities and preparing various reconciliations)
Handling compliance tasks for local and international clients
Monitoring legislative updates and preparing alerts for colleagues and clients
Preparing transfer pricing documentation and policies
Conducting benchmarking studies
Conducting research in all areas of taxes, based on Romanian and EU legislation
Understand how local and international tax rules interact and have an impact on the operational activities of clients from various industries
Get to know and work with colleagues from other jurisdictions and share knowledge and expertise on common projects
