SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-Management
FUNCTION: Production
LOCATION: Ploiesti

Role Scope:
To optimise Production Key Performance Indicators via continuous process improvement and process behavior analysis.

Main responsibilities:

Identify areas of opportunity and improvement in the processes, supporting all production areas in continuous improvement projects – focusing on Production Key Performance Indicators;
Support production teams in structured root causes analysis i.e., high waste rejects, Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Unplanned Stops negative trends;
Learn, do and teach how to use Problem solving tools to eliminate losses;
Develop new factory performance dashboards;
Ensure that improvements are sustainable;
Support the implementation of new processes and technologies;

Requirements:

Technical higher education required – i.e. Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
2 years of experience in the industrial field is an advantage;
Motivated with good communication skills;
Analytical & problem solving skills;
Good Microsoft Excel skills;
Proficient English language ability to speak, read and write.
Lean Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
