We are looking for an IT Network Administrator for our IT Operations On-Site department.

Responsibilities:

• Hardware and software support for office and productive staff;
• Instruct and advise first level supports in solving complex inquiries and in the use of the solution database;
• Create and provide solutions for complex problems for the solutions database, according to predetermined guidelines;
• Process IT service requests and IT incidents in second level support globally;
• Recognize known and analyze unknown incidents; provide solutions / workarounds and solve incidents;
• Assist in development and secure maintaining the hardware and software asset management.

Requirements:

• Technical studies;
• Minimum 1 year experience preferably on the same position or a similar one;
• Good PC knowledges;
• Communication and team-working skills;
• Good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
