Key responsibilities:
Lead Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Employer Branding across 3 locations in Romania.
Support MD in driving strategic partnerships and business development with partners.
Offer HR advice and counsel to Ops teams and client management.
Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Develop and improve recruiting practices and succession planning strategies
Lead Junior Program initiatives
Development of cultural and engagement programs
Continually scan the external environment for external Human Resources and Organizational Development trends, and leverage the learnings in support of the Department’s transformation and change agenda.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in leading Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams, with proven leadership skills
Proven analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging AI-driven solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work and make decisions very independently
Experience in reporting and statistics on specific HR metrics and KPIs
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and strong written & oral communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organisation and multicultural/ international environments
Passion for enabling client success and demonstrated operational excellence
Min 3 days/week presence in the office
Availability to travel across 3 locations up to 20%/month
