For our factory in Jimbolia with approx. 200 employees, we are looking for a:

Responsibilities:
- Analyses the constructive and technological documentation of the products and takes the necessary steps to complete them, as the case may be (work plan, work procedures, specifications for raw materials, execution programs, etc.)
- Checks the received measurement programs according to the control plan
- Requests the immediate modification, according to the approvals received or the tests performed and approved, the process parameters to obtain the specified quality
- Requests modification of work plans or groups of machines
- Asks for the modification of the list of materials
- Ensures the availability of machines, through preventive maintenance, plans and ensures the necessary repairs are carried out
- Coordinates and supervises the maintenance activity of the production and auxiliary equipment, ensures the provision of the necessary SDVs and spare parts
- Ensures compliance with the requirements of the specific regulations of the machines in operation
- Participates in the analysis of complaints received from customers and in establishing corrective/preventive actions to eliminate/prevent their causes when assigned to the team
- Complies with the provisions of the system procedures
- Completes work tasks correctly and on time
- Shows loyalty to the company
Requirements:
- Higher education in the technical field or management in production and transport
- Minimum 1 year experience in the industrial environment
- Experience in managing and working with staff in the area of responsibility
- Solid knowledge of PC operation
- Strong knowledge of English language (German is a plus)
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities
- Availability to travel for professional purposes
- Ability to coordinate projects
