Global Quality Specialist (f/m/d)

Global Quality Specialist

~ Determined period contract: 2 years.
Key responsibilities
- Creates and shares (Global) Quality reports (Management Summary, Monthly Quality Report, ad-hoc if needed);
- Does Quality Data Controlling;
- Creates and maintains Share Point sites, including automation of Share Point lists;
- Creates and distributes controlled documents
- Defines and execute the communication process for GQM

Offering support to the team for:
- providing detailed Loss intelligence in Quality related losses;
- guaranteeing Loss Prevention to the different SIG entities;
- managing communication between Global Quality and the rest of the organization;
- owning the quality communication program;
- guaranteeing OTIF preparation and distribution of relevant reports to Senior Management functions.
You bring these skills, experience & education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in a administrative position
- Strong skills in Excel (intermediate level minimum), Power Point and SAP;
- Good Sharepoint exposure (Sharepoint sites, Sharepoint Lists - including automations)
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Strong organizational and business analysis skills; detail-oriented and able to work independently and multi-task
- A flexible, passionate and positive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with multiple level of stakeholders.
