KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for BMS Products
• Match invoices with purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Verify the data accuracy of purchase orders, including materials and quantities
• Assist with other operational tasks related to procurement as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes

Requirements:

• Currently in the final year of your studies or graduated within the last 12 months;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment;
• Customer-Centric Mindset and strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Passion for learning, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
