Could you be the full-time ETCS Application Design Engineer in Bucharest we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Cristian, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates. You'll deliver ETCS modules by ensuring detailed design and implementation of this. We’ll look to you for:
Contributes to the elaboration of ETCS specification/documents & architecture in collaboration with the ETCS product team.
Realizes development of (SW) Software of ETCS modules .
o Realizes the SW of ETCS detailed design in according with customer requirements and UNISIG technical specifications. o Sets up the ETCS development tool chain. o Prepares and performs SW of ETCS module tests and verifications of his deliverables (“Designer” tests), prior to the ones formally realized by a dedicated V&V team (depending on Safety Integrity Level and associated Product development organization). o Puts the ETCS workproduct under configuration management according to product Configuration Management Plan.
Realizes sustaining of the ETCS.
Keeps informed of the evolution of technologies through techno watch.
Through his activities, contributes to TIS standardization by reusing existing solutions or by implementing reusable solutions.
Keeps a strong link with the ETCS product team, IXL team, RAMS and V&V departments, through the whole ETCS design cycle.
Applies processes and standards.
Contributes to continuous improvement (Process; Quality, Cost and Delivery; On Time Delivery …).

Upper technical education: Faculty of Transports, Faculty of Electronics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
Experience in Transport or other safety critical fields industrial represents and advantage
English Language: medium / advanced
French Language: medium / advanced
Knowledge of Auto CAD, Word, Excel, Power point.
