Client Executive/Account Handler
Marsh is seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Timisoara.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a client portfolio across various insurance lines. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will ensure the highest level of service and compliance with Marsh's standards and procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a client portfolio across various insurance lines. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will ensure the highest level of service and compliance with Marsh's standards and procedures.
What can you expect:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and administration.
- Respond to client requests for insurance, policy renewals, and consultancy services.
- Resolve client account issues and ensure timely and appropriate communication with clients.
- Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our international network to administer global programs when necessary.
- Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Law, or Business Administration etc.
- Experience in client relationship management and administration.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Verbal and written communication skills in English, in addition to Romanian.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- A driver's license is nice to have
