Who we are

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst, with strong experience in working in projects for e-invoice implementation in Europe. The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce fraud and streamline cross-border transactions.

What you'll be doing

Facilitate discussions to drive agreement of the system requirements and ensure appropriate gathering, documenting, modelling and specification of correct and clear business requirements
Executes the gathering, documentation, alignment and management the consistency of requirements both for the individual product
Structure the implementation of business requirements as essential elements in the project backlog within time and budget defined for a project
Ensure appropriate level of functional product documentation (required for implementation, test, maintenance and support), e.g.: Business Use Cases, Business Rules, Domain Model in Enterprise Architect, etc.
Supports prioritization of requirements and defects
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

What you'll bring along

Bachelor's degree in Informatics/Business Administration or similar field
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
Knowledge of the following EU-Wide Requirements and Directives:
EU Directive 2014/55/EU: Mandates e-invoicing in public procurement, requiring all contracting authorities and entities in the EU to accept e-invoices compliant with the European standard (EN 16931)
European Standard on e-Invoicing (EN 16931): Defines the core elements of an e-invoice, including data formats, semantic content, and syntax. This standard is designed to ensure interoperability across EU member states
VAT Directive (Directive 2006/112/EC): Outlines the rules for VAT compliance in e-invoicing, including requirements for authenticity, integrity, and legibility of invoices
PEPPOL (Pan-European Public Procurement Online): A widely adopted framework that facilitates the exchange of electronic documents, including e-invoices, across borders.
XML Format: The European standard mandates the use of XML-based formats for e-invoicing, such as UBL (Universal Business Language) and CII (Cross-Industry Invoice).
EIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014): Governs electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions, ensuring secure and legally recognized e-signatures and seals in e-invoices.
Advanced experience and knowledge regarding agile methodology
Advanced experience with conception and user story creation
Very good English skills
